Teach and Learn Online with Ziteboard
Ziteboard, a combination of "Zoomable and whiteboard", is a web-based whiteboard that allows for real-time collaboration.   The Pro version is a great investment as it includes a nonymous whiteboards that don't require students (or clients) to register or login.
Features like Mirror View ensure that people using various devices see the same area of the board and Lock Image to make sure images are not deletable.
Since September, I have used this awesome software on my Surface Pro with a Surface Pen with students as near as down the street and as far as across the Atlantic.   I just discovered the  Ziteboard for Math with Graph Plotter  as well as the Android Ziteboard app.

Indistractable
Nir Eyal studies behavior design and habit formation as well as the influence of technology.   Eyal shares that "The problem is deeper than tech" and is about understanding "why we do things against our best interests".
Eyal suggests four strategies for indistractability:
1. Master Internal Triggers
2. Make Time for Traction
3. Hack Back External Triggers
4. Prevent Distraction with Pacts
The last 3 parts of this book focus on indistractability in the workplace, with your family and in relationships.
