Build Your Zenith in Two Weeks!
Have you ever wondered how big of a project you could complete in a short amount of time? How about adding building an airplane to your list?

Yes, it's true!
You can custom build your own Zenith aircraft in just two weeks with the help of Plane-Crafters in Midland, Ontario Canada. You will succeed! Spend two dynamic weeks at Plane-Crafters' brand new 6,000 sq. ft. hangar beside the Zenair Ltd factory and finish your very own aircraft. You'll experience your first engine start-up before the end of the program, and that will be just the beginning of the thrills!
Zenith STOL
The Two Week Wonder program starts with these three easy steps. You choose:
  1. The Zenith aircraft design.
  2. Your engine.
  3. Your avionics package.

The program offers the opportunity for you to build the Zenith STOL CH 750, Zenith CH 750 Cruzer, or the Zenith CH 650. Power your aircraft with a Continental O-200D, Rotax 912-ULS, or UL Power 350iS and finish off your aircraft with your choice of a Dynon Skyview or Garmin G3X touch screen avionics.

What you will be doing during the two weeks:
  • Completing the advanced airframe kit.
  • Installing the instrument panel with installed pre-wired electrical system and avionics.
  • Bolting on a factory-new engine with a supplied firewall-forward package.
  • Completing and installing the wings and tail sections.
  • Completing the installation of the controls and fuel system.
  • Completing a detailed inspection of the aircraft.
  • Starting the engine and being able to taxi the aircraft for the first time!
It may seem overwhelming, but professional staff will assist with everything - making sure that the aircraft is well built, and on time. Zenair Ltd has 40 years experience designing and building quality, affordable light aircraft

When you arrive at the Plane-Crafters' shop, we will have an Advanced Quick Built 49% kit waiting for you to finish - with assistance from our staff. Professional technicians will train you and assist you so that you will spend 100% of your time assembling the aircraft. We believe that the average builder typically spends up to 70% of his/her time looking over the drawings, manuals, finding the right tools, getting the right parts, etc. With the Two Week Wonder, you will be spending 100% of your time working on the aircraft because our great staff will make sure you only spend time assembling. For more information check out the Q&A section on the Zenair website at www.zenair.com or call Zenair at 705-526-2871.

Zenith Fly-In To Summer
You're Invited to our Fly-In Gathering Next Month! Join us for our ninth annual Fly-In to Summer Open Hangar Day and Fly-In Gathering at the Zenith Aircraft kit factory at Mexico Memorial Airport (KMYJ) in central Missouri. This will be a fun gathering of Zenith builders, flyers, and enthusiasts, and is an informal grass-roots fly-in gathering open to all aviation enthusiasts. Hot lunch and refreshments will be available and we'll also have coffee in the morning. Come visit the factory, see the new Zenith demo planes, and meet with fellow builders and pilots.

In contrast to our annual fall Open Hangar Day (with scheduled workshops and forums), the June event is very informal. Owners of completed Zenith Aircraft are encouraged to fly-in to show off their completed project to fellow builders (we will provide tie-down space and help facilitate ground transportation, if possible). Let us know of any special needs or requirements. The Zenith Aircraft factory will be open from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm for self-guided factory tours, demonstrations, and more.

Zenith Aircraft Company has been producing aircraft kits from its modern production facilities at the Mexico airport since 1992. For more information, call Zenith Aircraft at (573) 581-9000.
Factory Workshop
Build a Zenith rudder! We invite you to spend a couple of days at the Zenith Aircraft factory to learn about building your own airplane and to gain valuable hands-on experience and skills. This is a unique opportunity to learn first-hand about building a Zenith kit airplane. You'll also get the chance to tour the kit factory and to go up for a demo flight in a factory aircraft. Cost of the workshop is just $375 and includes the complete rudder tail section kit. Bring a guest at no additional cost. Come learn what it's like to build your own kit plane, build confidence and take the skills you learn at the workshop home with you to continue building the rest of your airplane. No prior experience or skills are needed to attend!
Additional workshops are held in Canada ( Zenair Ltd) and on the west coast ( Quality Sport Planes). Zenith Aircraft Company's international dealers also hold kit-building training sessions and workshops.

Float Flying Fun!
One Zenith airplane + One set Full Lotus floats = Perfect airplane for all seasons!  Float flying adds a completely new perspective to aviation - allowing you to operate from land, water and snow.
Cruzer From Land to Water
Full-Lotus Floats offer great durability and versatility with their inflatable technology, which uses lightweight air retention membrane technology, and a heavy duty hull suitable for rough shorelines, as well as for operation on snow (and even wet grass).

Based on technology borrowed from the all-metal Zenair Floats, the new amphibious system for Full-Lotus floats includes main wheels integrated inside the body of the float with electric actuation. The new amphibious gear  features  large main wheels for smooth taxiing on rough surfaces and free-castering nose wheels, making it well-suited for grass field operation.
Zenith CH 750 Water Floats
Aircraft Floats Manufacturing offers a full line of Zenair all-metal floats for light aircraft that are available in kit form in straight or amphibious (with wheels) versions. Zenair Floats are lightweight yet durable for great performance on water and in the air.
Zenith CH 750 Cruzer
For a completely new flying perspective add floats to your aircraft! Aircraft Floats Manufacturing (in Midland, Ontario, Canada) offers both Zenair lightweight all-metal floats for light aircraft and the durable Full-Lotus all-season floats and is dedicated to providing pilots with the best possible float solutions for their aircraft. Choose the float best suited for your mission.
