Build It. Fly It. FASTER!
|
|
Now is a great time to get started building your very own Zenith kit aircraft project. Winter months can be the most productive time to be building your own kit, in time for the spring and summer flying seasons!
Honest pricing and no sales gimmicks:
We invite you to compare the value and quality of the
Zenith Aircraft
kits to the competition for completeness, pre-manufactured parts and components, standard equipment, low build time, simplicity of construction and required skills and tools,
as well as price
!
While we continue to keep our prices as affordable as possible for first-time amateur aircraft builders, over the past several years we've also been improving production technology with the extensive use of CNC equipment in kit production. This allows for a much higher level of parts completion in the kit, improving delivery schedules, and also allows us to keep all production of the kits in North America.
|
 |
Zenith Aircraft kits, whether the sleek low-wing
Zenith CH 650 or the high-wing Zenith CH 750 series, continue to represent exceptional value. Complete kits (less engine and instruments) start at about $14,000 (depending on the model). The
standard kits include many pre-drilled match holes (thanks for CNC fabrication technology), factory-finished wing spars, and all hardware required to assemble the entire airframe.

production facilities for a look at modern kit manufacturing:

Zenith also sells component
kits (starting at just a few hundred dollars) for builders who prefer to "buy-as-they
build"; and the entire aircraft can also be scratch-built from the available drawings (blueprints).
|
Zenith Aircraft offers advanced
Quick Build Kits
(QBK) in response to increased demand for pre-fabricated parts and assemblies for those wanting to shorten build times while keeping costs affordable.
With our
Quick
Build
Kits
, the main fuselage portion of the Zenith all-metal aircraft is pre-assembled at the factory, resulting in a dramatically reduced
kit
assembly time and overall simplified construction.
|
With the assembled fuselage of the Quick Build Kit, builders are ready to start installing the engine, avionics, controls and landing gear systems to the supplied fuselage. Zenith Aircraft kits, whether the standard or the Quick Build Kit, are made up of the same quality parts. The difference between a standard and quick-build kit is the level of assembly as supplied from the kit factory. Quick Build Kits are in stock and ready for shipping or pick-up at the Zenith Aircraft factory in Mexico, Missouri. Contact us for more information.

Factory workshops
are help once a month at the Zenith factory, offering each participant (and guest at no extra charge) the chance to
build their own rudder
for the Zenith aircraft design of their choice.
Here's the schedule before the end of the year:
Attending a factory workshop makes an excellent getaway for you and your spouse or a friend! Spend a couple of days at the Zenith Aircraft factory and meet with fellow aviation enthusiasts - all while gaining valuable hands-on building skills. A factory tour and a
demo flight are part of the factory workshop experience!

Join us next week at the first annual DeLand Sport Aviation Showcase in sunny DeLand, Florida. The Showcase organizers, along with Zenith Aircraft Company,
welcome pilots and owners of Zenith homebuilt aircraft to participate! A Homebuilts Display area will be conveniently located close to both the indoor and outdoor exhibits (and right across from Zenith booth #36), providing an opportunity for Zenith owners to show their custom homebuilt aircraft and talk with visitors. Contact us if you can bring your Zenith - for one day or the whole event. EAA and AOPA members also receive a discount on admission.
