Build It. Fly It. FASTER!
Zenith Aircraft
Now is a great time to get started building your very own Zenith kit aircraft project. Winter months can be the most productive time to be building your own kit, in time for the spring and summer flying seasons!
Honest pricing and no sales gimmicksWe invite you to compare the value and quality of the Zenith Aircraft kits to the competition for completeness, pre-manufactured parts and components, standard equipment, low build time, simplicity of construction and required skills and tools, as well as price !
While we continue to keep our prices as affordable as possible for first-time amateur aircraft builders, over the past several years we've also been improving production technology with the extensive use of CNC equipment in kit production. This allows for a much higher level of parts completion in the kit, improving delivery schedules, and also allows us to keep all production of the kits in North America.
Zenith Aircraft Company
Zenith Aircraft kits, whether the sleek low-wing  Zenith CH 650 or the high-wing Zenith CH 750 series, continue to represent exceptional value. Complete kits (less engine and instruments) start at about $14,000 (depending on the model). The  standard kits include many pre-drilled match holes (thanks for CNC fabrication technology), factory-finished wing spars, and all hardware required to assemble the entire airframe.  Take a virtual tour  of the modern Zenith Aircraft  kit  production facilities for a look at modern kit manufacturing:

Zenith also sells component  kits (starting at just a few hundred dollars) for builders who prefer to "buy-as-they  build"; and the entire aircraft can also be scratch-built from the available drawings (blueprints).
Zenith CH 750
Zenith Aircraft offers advanced  Quick Build Kits  (QBK) in response to increased demand for pre-fabricated parts and assemblies for those wanting to shorten build times while keeping costs affordable.   With our  Quick   Build   Kits , the main fuselage portion of the Zenith all-metal aircraft is pre-assembled at the factory, resulting in a dramatically reduced  kit  assembly time and overall simplified construction.
Zenith CH 750 Quick Build Kits
With the assembled fuselage of the Quick Build Kit, builders are ready to start installing the engine, avionics, controls and landing gear systems to the supplied fuselage. Zenith Aircraft kits, whether the standard or the Quick Build Kit, are made up of the same quality parts. The difference between a standard and quick-build kit is the level of assembly as supplied from the kit factory. Quick Build Kits are in stock and ready for shipping or pick-up at the Zenith Aircraft factory in Mexico, Missouri.  Contact us for more information.
STOL CH 750 Quick Build Kits
The high-wing Zenith CH 750 kits set a new standard in the industry for the high level of completion and finish in the all-metal kit.  The standard complete kit for the STOL CH 750   represents outstanding value, starting at $19,480 (including the finishing  kit ). The newer CH 750 Cruzer model features an even more advanced kit (with match-drilled final hole size parts), priced under $21,500 for the complete kit. The Quick Build Kit (QBK) option adds $4,450 to the CH 750 kit price.

The standard complete kit  for the low-wing  Zenith CH 650  cruiser also represent exceptional value:  Priced at $18,500 (including the finishing  kit ), the  standard kit makes extensive use of modern CNC fabrication technology, and includes many pre-drilled pilot holes, factory-finished wing spars, and all hardware required to assemble the entire airframe. The new Quick Build Kit costs an additional $4,450 for the jigged fuselage assembly.  Zenith also sells component kits to builders who prefer to "buy-as-they-build" or the aircraft can be scratch-built from the available drawings (blueprints), and complete engine firewall-forward packages and avionics kits are also available.
