Typically, new home construction will require at least three (3) plumbing inspection tests.

1.     Underground plumbing: Readiness for inspection and testing of underground plumbing including building sewers, building drains, water service pipes, fire service mains, drainage and venting systems.

2.     Substantial completion of rough-in plumbing systems, drains, vents and water supply.

3.     Final plumbing test performed. This may occur during or prior to the occupancy inspection. The final test is to be made in accordance with Division B, 7.3.6.6
