Building Hope in the Circle of Silence
Construction of New Building Underway - Join Our Team Today
We are excited to announce that construction has officially begun on our project thanks to the your generous support. Despite facing a five-month suspension by the public works department, we persevered and found a reliable and honest construction company through a rigorous four-month selection process. With a contract signed on July 12th, construction began August 1st!

This first phase of construction will cover all the earth moving, foundations, and steel structure. We pay as we go, so we can only enter legal obligations for the funds we have on hand and our contract is for the amount of $600,000 USD. Our first shipment of steel arrived on July 31st, and we are making significant progress thanks to the hard work of our dedicated team.

However, we need your help to continue our mission. Our updated estimate for the cost per square foot is $93 USD, which is why we are calling on you to join our team and help us build a better future. Every square foot counts, and your support will make a significant difference in bringing the gospel of Jesus Christ to the Circle of Silence in central Mexico.
Don't miss your chance to be a part of this exciting project join us today!
Vision 5.5.25
New Campus Church Starting in Paracho,

Paracho, the vibrant city in the heart of the neighboring state of Michoacan, is about to witness a divine transformation with the launch of a brand new campus church! Despite facing obstacles like meeting in an unfinished house without windows, doors and bathroom amenities, a dedicated group fearlessly gathers every Thursday to study the Bible and embrace the message of salvation.

In our quest for a suitable place, we stumbled upon a promising rental house last Friday. It was complete with windows and doors and a bathroom and space for 75 people. However, the owner mysteriously backed out of our agreement. It's clear that we're engaged in a spiritual battle for this community. We believe in the power of prayer to unlock the doors of gospel ministry in Paracho. Join us in fervent prayer as we seek a rental house that can accommodate our growing congregation. Our vision is to kick-start Sunday services by the fall of 2024.
Black Magic No More: Purepecha Witch Surrenders to Jesus Christ Despite Persecution

In a remarkable transformation, a feared "witch" of the Purepecha peoples has embraced Jesus Christ, leaving behind her dark magic and surrendering to the power of God. Despite her infamy as a witch, this woman lived in abject poverty, without basic amenities like running water or a bathroom. Even though her circumstances haven't changed, her new faith in Christ and remains unshaken, and her new family in Christ have come to her aid. Because she is visibily different, her neighbors are reacting with anger and resentment towards her; just recently, she narrowly escaped a horrifying attempt on her life. Her unwavering testimony of the life-changing power of Jesus will undoubtedly open doors for the gospel in this Purepecha community which is in desperate need of hope and salvation. A short-term team from Providence church in Omaha joined us last week to evangelize this area. They visited the home of this woman and other homes. They helped do a first public evangelism in Paracho with a booth at the weekly street market, painted children's faces and made bracelets while explaining the gospel. Three people said yes to Jesus this week! God is opening doors and used the wonderful team from Providence church.
You can support us on the Alliance web page for our monthly ministry and living expenses. Thank You!

The Power of Prayer

Dear Friends - We are so thankful for your prayer for two church families who suffered serious injuries in a multi-vehicle accident last Tuesday. The accident involving two couples and their two small children shook the city of Guadalajara. Four of the six are released from the hospital, two are in stable condition and facing multiple surgeries. Praise God! Thank you!

The families were returning from sharing the gospel at a men's drug rehabilitation center when a drunk driver crashed head-on into their car. While the man who crashed into them was initially pronounced dead at the scene, a faint movement under the sheet covering him as he laid along the side of the road proved otherwise. This miraculous event is a testament to the power of prayer, as people from all over Latin America and the USA prayed for the families' survival. We are now asking for your help in supporting these families during their recovery. If you would like to make a love offering, you can do so by giving to the Fugate Ministry Pool. Let us continue to praise God for His protection and grace in the face of tragedy. Praise the Lord!
