As part of David's ongoing partnership with the CT Nonprofit Alliance, he will be delivering his very popular, Building a Culture of Accountability webinar on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 via Zoom. The program provides leaders with a systematic way to overcome common barriers to accountability by focusing on a 4-phase accountability continuum which includes Role Clarity, Purpose, Ownership and Behavior.
When linked, this continuum allows employees at all levels to make significant progress with moving tasks forward to achieve a higher level of job impact and job satisfaction. Participants can expect to leave the webinar with new tools that can be applied immediately to expand their leadership influence. Leading in The Post-Pandemic World Now Available
in 3 Delivery Formats
Based on the positive response to this new program and interest from a wide range of clients, the Leading in the Post-Pandemic World program is now available in 3 different delivery formats. The 90-minute version of the original 60-minute version allows participants to take a deeper dive on the Organizational Pulse activity and the Team Reflection Questions.
