Our New and Even Better Estimating Team
Shannon Construction has been on a steady growth path that has enabled us to provide improved service for our valued clients and partners. Key to that service is the estimating team. We are pleased to announce our new Shannon Estimating Leader, Rob Means, as the Director of Estimating.

Rob brings over 25 years of estimating and construction experience to Shannon. Rob comes to us from Mosites Construction Company, where he worked for 20 years. Over his career, Rob has successfully estimated projects from heavy highway to higher education, major medical facilities to casinos, and manufacturing plants to retail plazas. When he is not at work, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and three children as well as golfing, hunting, and fishing. Rob earned his BS in Civil Engineering at Penn State University and successfully completed the EIT exam. We are excited to have Rob bring his expertise and leadership to our team.

Kevin Kilinsky has also accepted a promotion to Senior Estimator and Kim Perla, Senior Estimating Assistant, rounds out the team. In addition, over the past year we have been upgrading our estimating software and processes. Shannon anticipates continuing its growth path with these changes and additions. We know that our estimating team’s expertise can provide additional resources, tools, processes to support our client needs.

During this re-organization, Eric Pomaybo, is no longer with Shannon Construction. We wish him well in his new endeavors.
