We Help with the Next Step.

Every month, we show up for veterans, for military spouses, and for every partner who makes this mission possible.
This is your inside look at what we're doing, who we're serving, and where we're headed. This month: milestone celebrations, free upskilling through IBM SkillsBuild, employer events, and the people powering it all.
We don't just place people in jobs. We walk alongside them.
And we couldn't do it without you. Keep reading — there's a lot to be proud of.

Strength Behind the Service
by Regina LeValley
Military spouses are more than an untapped talent pool — they are resilient professionals who rebuild careers through every move, lead through uncertainty, and perform under pressure. This Military Spouse Appreciation Month, we're highlighting why hiring and supporting military spouses isn't just the right thing to do; it's a smart investment in people who already know how to rise to any challenge.
