Hallmark Continues Great Progress in Brooklyn

220 Riverside will have its first residents in a matter of weeks as move-ins begin the first of the new year. A 6-7 month timetable is projected to fill the 294-unit complex. The project's 18,000 sf of retail is nearly fully committed and will feature some of Downtown's most dynamic food and beverage experiences.

Adjacent to 220 Riverside, Unity Plaza, the non-profit 'central park' featuring 365 days of annual programming, is also well under construction as the amphitheater seating has been formed and heavy utilities are being installed. The park will have a soft opening for a few special events in December with a more formal public opening in the spring.

Hallmark Recognizes No-Shave November for Cancer Awareness
(From left) Keith Goldfaden, Christian Harden, Todd Blake, Eddie Salem and Daniel Burkhardt.

The gentlemen of Hallmark are showing their support of 'No-Shave November' and raising cancer awareness by embracing their hair, which many cancer patients lose, and letting it grow wild and free during the month. Participants are challenged to donate the money they usually spend on shaving and grooming for a month to educate about cancer prevention, save lives, and aid those fighting the battle. Hallmark funds are being directed to the Live For Today Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Jacksonville, FL that helps young adults who are battling cancer. The organization was founded by Hallmark Sales Associate Todd Blake whose courageous fight against the disease has served as an inspiration to all.
Hallmark Supports the Jaguars and Jacksonville in London

Hallmark Principal and Co-founder Jeff Conn and his wife Robin took some time from their European holiday to join Hallmark EVP Dave Auchter at the Jaguars-Cowboys game held in London earlier this month. The trip included business activities highlighted by a Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce gathering at the famous Savoy Hotel Friday evening before the Sunday game. Although the Jags didn't prevail on the field, the City of Jacksonville was certainly a winner as year two of the Jags four-year commitment to play a game in London has Jacksonville on the map and on the international stage.
