Those looking for sure signs of an improving economy need not look any further than Hallmark Partners Senior Vice President Keith Goldfaden. The year he put together in 2013 and the quick start this year are good reasons for optimism.
"Keith's tenure with Hallmark is marked with success in equal parts development, finance and brokerage," says Hallmark Co-founder and Principal Jeff Conn. "His expertise in so many core real estate areas all but assures his success."
Over the past year Keith oversaw the refinancing or disposition of several prominent Hallmark owned properties to take advantage of the historically low interest rates and cap rates. "We really wanted to take advantage of the current rate environment and capitalize on strategic asset sales and long-term fixed rate financing on key portfolio assets," says Keith.
"Keith is essentially our 'Chief Investment Officer' and a brilliant real estate professional equally capable with strategic and hammer-and-nail duties," says Hallmark COO Dave Auchter. "Over the past year he essentially cleaned up our balance sheet and prepared Hallmark for the next 20 years of success."
Keith was instrumental in getting 220 Riverside, downtown Jacksonville's signature residential/retail project, underway by helping shape the development and joint venture financing structure. He also spearheaded the acquisition or disposition of more than 1 million square feet of retail, office and industrial property for third party clients. He has represented a broad range of owners, ranging from multi-billion dollar special servicers and institutional investors to local family offices and high net worth individuals.
Entering 2014 Keith is serving as point person for the site selection of a new soccer specific stadium for the NASL Armada FC soccer franchise. He's also playing an instrumental role in the development of Hallmark's $50mm+ Beacon Riverside luxury condominium. Keith will be launching the sales efforts for several office/industrial properties by the end of the first quarter.

Hallmark Hosts 200+ Area Realtors at Beacon Riverside Sales Preview

Hallmark Partners unveiled its new Beacon Riverside Sales Gallery and residential tower to the northeast Florida realtor community with a special event held at the Gallery on Tuesday evening, February 11. The Gallery is located at 806 Riverside Avenue in historic Riverside, directly across from The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens.
Over 200 realtors attended the event to learn about this new upscale condominium development. The Hallmark team, including Founding Partners Alex Coley and Jeff Conn, Multifamily Principal overseeing the development Bryan Weber, Senior Vice President Keith Goldfaden and lead Sales Associate Debra Riley, was on hand to greet visitors and answer detailed questions about the tower.

Raised in Jacksonville and a graduate of Mandarin High School, Rhonda most recently served 7 years as an Operations Manager and Director of First Impressions with Office Suites Plus prior to its merger with Regus. Rhonda continues to serve as Director of Youth Activity and Media Ministry with the Nesbitt Cathedral-The Heart of Jacksonville Church which was founded by her mother and father.

More than 700 NAI affiliates worldwide, including a team from NAI Hallmark Partners, descended on Planet Hollywood-Las Vegas earlier this month for the NAI Global Convention. After a series of pre-convention programs including IREM, SIOR, CCIM, Leadership Board, Principals, Directors, Managers, Retail Council Board, Corporate Services Group, and Marketing Directors, the group gathered for a kick-off session that was opened by Vegas headliner Jeff Civillico and led by Jay Olshonsky, President of NAI Global. Additional meetings included a gathering of the NAI Women's Alliance, Regional Meetings and a review of the newest global Marketing Plan.
 "The NAI Global Convention is a great way to further establish our strong network with peers in the many NAI affiliate communities," said Hallmark VP Christian Harden, who attended the event. "We handle a good number of NAI inbound assignments in Jacksonville and an equal number of outbound assignments to markets throughout the U.S. Its important to have personal relationships within the affiliate network."
