At SMSKPC, our mission is clear yet powerful: to empower children and youth with the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges and thrive. For 50 years, we’ve been committed to supporting the mental well-being of children and youth. Our programs equip parents, caregivers, and child-and youth-serving professionals with the knowledge and tools to help children and youth manage stress, build resilience, and promote mental well-being. With a focus on primary prevention, we provide young minds with the coping skills they need to thrive in an often-stressful world.
