Dear HBIC family,

As we shared earlier today, we will look forward to gathering for worship with all who may feel comfortable coming to our building this Sunday. Our plan is to hold both our 9 am and 11 am services. If you aren't able to join us in person, we hope you'll join online.

We have been planning to take in new members this week, sharing video testimonies from each of them. This was the largest membership class any of our staff recall having through the years, and sixteen people will be joining the church this week (with more next week). Hearing testimonies of God's work in the lives of brothers and sisters will hopefully be an encouragement to each of us.

A few more details for tomorrow:

• The network is now up and running for the sanctuary (with thanks to the Digital Operations Team), so we anticipate having the livestream working for the services.

• A couple of our usual parking areas are closed - behind the building by the CE Room and the parking deck. Both areas will be marked off with cones or signboards.

• Please do not enter the portions of our building that have been damaged. Those areas are closed off.

• The HVAC systems for the various sections of our building are not inter-connected, they are separate systems.

• Some of our Property Committee worked today to get the HVAC for the sanctuary working, so we expect that will be functioning after all.

• We currently have staff books and boxes of things from the office in the open area. It's a little messy, we're sure you'll understand. We'll appreciate people not moving any of them. We'll be working on finding appropriate places to store these things in the coming days.
