Upcoming virtual series from Dartmouth Health will offer education for those interested in shaping policy related to political, social determinants of health


Dartmouth Health’s next Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) virtual educational series will examine legislation and executive action on key current issues and educate participants on engaging in advocacy. “Policies to Advance the Health & Economic Prosperity of New Hampshire Communities” begins this month and spans across eight sessions, including:



  1. February 22: Our Current Political Landscape
  2. March 7: Cannabis Legislation
  3. March 21: Workforce and Economy
  4. April 4: Patient Choice in Healthcare
  5. April 18: Public Health Systems
  6. May 2: Digital Health Equity

New Experiential Program Connects Students to Granite State Organizations

The University of New Hampshire has launched Semester for Impact, a new initiative that pairs UNH undergraduates with Granite State organizations to support projects related to positive environmental and social impact and enhance the overall well-being of local communities. There will be four UNH students in the initial cohort.
