SUMMER 2018
BUILDING ON FAITH newsletter
As a Christian housing ministry, Habitat for Humanity International seeks to put God's love into action by building on faith, building up families and communities together.

September's Building on Faith events are part of Habitat for Humanity's annual celebration of our faith partnerships, an essential part of our Christian ministry. During this celebration, local Habitat groups around the world are encouraged to host building projects and celebrations with their congregational partners. *

It concludes on the third Sunday of September with the International Day of Prayer and Action for Human Habitat. For more information, visit:

Volunteers Needed
Churchville Presbyterian Church and Notre Dame Preparatory School volunteers (pictured) recently worked on our Aberdeen build -- how about you? If interested in scheduling a team build day, visit our website!
Over the summer we were contacted by the Wilna SDA Church expressing an interest in doing a Christmas in July project. They reached out to one of our Habitat homeowner families (a mother with children) and one of our approved Repair Program applicants (a senior citizen) and blessed them with food and gifts!
