Dear Church family, 

We all desire that there will again be a thriving congregation of believers at this location. Listen to Don Ridgway reflect on his long history at Skillman, his love for this church, and clarity for us to again grow and thrive here: 

In Revelation 3:15, John addresses the church in Laodicea on God’s behalf, saying, “I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other!” Judy Teague wishes the same for our Skillman family. Listen to her words about why she is encouraged by her interactions with The Hills and how she is excited to no longer be in a “lukewarm” state:  

Lastly, as we approach the congregational vote on June 12, consider how we can build on Skillman’s long and rich history of service. The Hills recently held their “Renew Weekend" to raise funds for partner organizations that serve in our communities locally, as well as across the world. This video is an example of how The Hills is committed to service:

Please continue to pray for our church, for God’s Spirit to be among us, for Christ’s love to be in us, and for God’s purpose to be over us.
