We’re excited to share that Betsy Gregory has joined the Next Level team. Betsy is widely respected across the private club sector, with experience spanning human resources, operations, recruiting, and organizational development. Most recently, she served nearly ten years as Head of People and Culture at Congressional Country Club, where she was a member of the executive team and led enterprise-wide HR strategy, talent development, and culture initiatives. Her prior roles include Recruiting Manager at Congressional Country Club, Human Resources Manager at Bethesda Country Club, and multiple food and beverage leadership positions at Bethesda Country Club and Rhode Island Country Club.

In addition to her work with Next Level, Betsy is the Founder of Unbridled Courage Consulting, where she partners with organizations on strategic HR leadership and culture transformation. Betsy holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University, where she was recognized as Student Leader of the Year.
