Greetings!
If you’ve been working with me for a while, you know how the right wardrobe comes together over time. This issue focuses on refining your selections, with an emphasis on pieces that perform in the Georgia heat and humidity.
Lightweight trouser fabrics, breathable blends, and accessories that keep you comfortable through long, hot days all play a role. When the temperature climbs, the difference between good clothing and the right clothing becomes obvious. This is about making sure everything you own works the way it should, even in the middle of summer.
Let's make sure your warm weather wardrobe includes the latest fabrics. Text or call me at 770-309-6597 to make your appointment.
In good style,
Travis Giles

How to Build an Outfit Pt. 4:
Accessorize
| | |
This is where the outfit comes together—or falls apart. Accessories aren’t afterthoughts. They’re the details that signal intention.
Pocket Squares & Neckwear
A pocket square should complement, not match. If your tie is patterned, keep the square simpler. If the tie is simple, you have more room to play. The goal is balance, not duplication.
Same principle with neckwear. Your tie (or lack of one) sets the tone. Everything else should support that decision, not compete with it.

Socks: Small Detail, Big Impact
If you’re keeping things classic with a solid look, your sock is an extension of your trouser. In that case, always err darker—it keeps the line clean and uninterrupted.
Invest in quality here. Wool blend socks outperform cotton: they don’t fade, they wick moisture, and when paired with a proper shoe, they’ll keep your feet surprisingly cool.
If you want to have some fun, socks are a good place to do it, but choose wisely. The color or pattern should tie back to something else you’re wearing: your shirt, your jacket, or your tie. Random doesn’t read as stylish, it reads as careless.
A Few Ground Rules
- Black shoes → black, gray, or subtle patterned socks
- Tan trousers → tan or brown socks with brown shoes
- Never pair tan socks with black shoes
Get these details right, and everything else you’re wearing looks sharper. Ignore them, and even a great outfit can feel slightly off.

Introducing Gladson’s Luxury Wool Stretch
New trouser fabrics have just landed from Gladson, and they’re exactly what you've been craving.
The Luxury Wool Stretch Collection is crafted from Super 100s Australian Merino wool with a touch of Lycra®, giving you the best of both worlds—refined appearance and real-world comfort. With 56 swatches to choose from, there’s no shortage of options to build something versatile or distinctly your own.
These are lightweight fabrics designed for the Atlanta summer, but what really sets them apart is how they wear. You can cut them trim and clean without feeling restricted. They move with you—whether you’re sitting through long meetings, on your feet all day, or out on the dance floor.
It’s the kind of cloth that looks sharp when you walk in and still feels right hours later.
| | Plus, they pair effortlessly with Gladson's Bamboo Collection... | |
Elegant, Durable & Temperature Regulating Cloth
Our new trouser fabrics pair effortlessly with another standout from Gladson: The Bamboo Ensembles Collection.
Made from bamboo grass that’s processed into a remarkably refined cloth, this fabric brings together performance and polish in a way few others can. It’s naturally anti-microbial, resists odor, and regulates temperature—pulling heat away when it’s warm and retaining it when there’s a chill.
What surprises most clients is the hand. It has a slightly denser feel, which gives it substance and drape, but it wears comfortably even in warmer climates. I have a client in South Florida who swears by it year-round.
Visually, it carries a subtle, silk-like sheen that is elegant without being flashy, but with far more durability than silk could ever offer. It’s an ideal companion to the new trouser offerings, especially if you’re looking to build outfits that feel as good as they look.
