DATA REQUIREMENT CHANGES AS OF JAN. 1, 2024

BULK WARRANTY ADJUDICATION

When Battery Service Providers file bulk battery warranty claims, Club Assist must collect accurate data to assess the claim and determine if it meets the criteria for coverage, as outlined in the AAA/CAA warranty policy.


REQUIRED DATA

Currently, Providers are required to submit the following information to My.ClubAssist.com for warranty claims:

  • Test Date
  • Call ID
  • Club ID
  • Station ID
  • SRR Email Address


However, Providers may also input the OPTIONAL data shown below

in BLUE and GREEN:

OPTIONAL BLUE DATA BECOMING MANDATORY

To help ensure quality control in processing warranty claims, all YELLOW and BLUE data options shown above will be mandatory as of Jan. 1, 2024. The GREEN data will remain optional.

By providing this additional data, warranty evaluations will be more clear for adjudicators to help expedite issuing warranty credit.
