Motivate, Engage, Inspire!
“Children must be taught how to think, not what to think.” — Margaret Mead

Thank You

Thank you to everyone that came out to McDonald's for our Mc Teacher Night! It was awesome seeing our community come together to support our school!

Each year, Vessels fifth grade students go on a field trip to Star Base in Los Alamitos. The Star Base program engages students through inquiry-based, hands-on, science activities. During their trip, students study Newton's Laws, explore nanotechnology, navigation, and mapping. They use computers to design space stations, all-terrain vehicles, and submersibles. Students also use metric measurement, estimation, calculation geometry, and data analysis to solve questions. Teamwork is a must and they engage in group work to solve questions.

It is always a great experience for our Bulldogs and engages them in inquiry, science-based activities, and fun!
