Bulldog Spotlight of the Week
NFCS Mind Matters
NFCS Minds Matter is a mental health club at New Foundations that is affiliated with Our Minds Matter. This club seeks to create a comfortable space within the school community where students, faculty and families can discuss mental health topics.

Their goals are to bring awareness to mental health issues and promote positive strategies for maintaining mental health. Last week, NFCS Minds Matter hosted a speaker from Minding Your Mind to talk to our high school student body about his experience with mental health.

Anyone interested in joining can contact Ms. Niedosik at [email protected].
