Maria Ngo '18, Membership Chair
Maria is a third year nursing student at Drexel University. During her time at NFCS, Maria really enjoyed participating in clubs that gave her the community experience at New Foundations, and this is something she hopes to continue by staying active in the alumni program. Some of her favorite hobbies include watching Netflix series and hanging out with her cat.
Hannah Porter '16, President
Hannah was active in service learning and sports during her time at NFCS. After high school, she attended Temple University for nursing and is currently working her dream job as an ICU registered nurse at a community hospital. In her free time, she loves to travel, spend time with her family and boyfriend, and binge watch Grey's Anatomy!
Avery Sytsma '17, Events Chair
Avery attended Indiana University of PA, Academy of the Culinary Arts and graduated in 2019. She has been involved with Venturing and other scout programs in the BSA since 2011, holding several leadership positions, earning several awards including the highest rank, the Summit Award, in 2018. Most recently, she ran the kitchen at the Grey Lodge Pub until the shutdown and is now working on launching her own brand, The Wild Gourmet.
