K-12 Yearbook Corner
We’re here to share some exciting news with you regarding the 2020-2021 yearbook. Guess what? You’re officially on the yearbook staff! Yes, you read that right! This year, more than ever, we need your help to create our yearbook.

Each week, you will have the opportunity to submit content for our yearbook using the Google Form links in the images below. There will be two new themes each week, so make sure to check back regularly. Please take 5-10 minutes to complete the forms by clicking on the images below to submit your content!

Bulldog Spotlight of the Week
NFCS Alumni Association Board Members
NFCS is proud to announce our first Alumni Association Board Members: Ryan Brown, Jimmy Caprio, Kate Carey-Miller, Giovanna Clemens, Maria Ngo, Hannah Porter, and Avery Sytsma. These alumni will help us reconnect our graduates and continue to promote what it means to be part of our caring community.

Ryan Brown '18, Treasurer
Ryan is a Secondary Education & History major at Temple University. His favorite period to study in history is the Cold War. In his off time, Ryan enjoys playing video games and building computers.



Jimmy Caprio '18, Communications Chair
Jimmy is a student at Penn State and a manager at Target, while also coaching cheerleading on the side for our high school, as well as an all star team. His passion for learning continues to grow while continuing his career as a leader and as an individual.



Kate Carey-Miller '17, Recording Secretary
Kate is a DIII athlete and is graduating college in the spring with a psych major and criminal justice minor. She loves being there to help out anyone in need.





Giovanna Clemens '16, Vice President
Giovanna is a senior at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is a strong advocate for youth justice and hopes to change the world by encouraging others to be the best versions of themselves.



Maria Ngo '18, Membership Chair
Maria is a third year nursing student at Drexel University. During her time at NFCS, Maria really enjoyed participating in clubs that gave her the community experience at New Foundations, and this is something she hopes to continue by staying active in the alumni program. Some of her favorite hobbies include watching Netflix series and hanging out with her cat.


Hannah Porter '16, President
Hannah was active in service learning and sports during her time at NFCS. After high school, she attended Temple University for nursing and is currently working her dream job as an ICU registered nurse at a community hospital. In her free time, she loves to travel, spend time with her family and boyfriend, and binge watch Grey's Anatomy!



Avery Sytsma '17, Events Chair
Avery attended Indiana University of PA, Academy of the Culinary Arts and graduated in 2019. She has been involved with Venturing and other scout programs in the BSA since 2011, holding several leadership positions, earning several awards including the highest rank, the Summit Award, in 2018. Most recently, she ran the kitchen at the Grey Lodge Pub until the shutdown and is now working on launching her own brand, The Wild Gourmet.
