Students participated in interactive games, activities, trivia, and readings. A special thank you to Mrs. Tyndall for organizing the day's events and being such a passionate proponent of reading in our community. Mr. Bullock even stopped by Ms. Hackett's 1B's homeroom to read "What Pet Should I Get?" The students were active listeners and offered wonderful suggestions about what pet the kids in the story should choose. The class agreed that a fish would be the best choice, but everyone in the class is still trying to figure out what type of animal a "yent" is.
