On Tuesday, May 23rd at 9:00 AM the 4th through 8th grades will be presented with an assembly on Internet Safety. Mr. Jim Rief from Rief Consultants will do the presentation.

Mr. Rief is a retired police officer with 34 years of law enforcement, 24 of them as a supervisor.

Mr. Rief presents to different schools and organizations on school safety as well as internet safety.

He will be speaking to the students on Internet safety using their phones and different devices.

He will talk about predators that are online and how they present themselves online.

Mr. Rief will also talk about online video games and the dangers involved with these games.

We are always concerned about the safety of our students while on the internet. We feel you can never hear enough about it but it is important for the students to know what the consequences can be if they do something inappropriate while using a device.

This assembly is open to any parents who would like to hear what Mr. Rief will be talking to the children about. Please mark your calendars

if you are interested in attending. The assembly will be recorded if you are unable to attend. The link will be sent out after the assembly.

Class of 2023 8th Grade Class Gift

Thanks to the Class of 2023 the St. Norbert School School yard has four new Adirondack chairs to sit and relax during recess. The four chairs were purchased with funds that were raised by the 8th grade and supported by the SNS community. Thank you to the 8th grade and all the parents who supported the class's fundraising efforts during the year.

Fundraising & Annual Fund Donations

Can you believe how fast the year went?! With all the fun events we had this year, time flew by and we are close to wrapping up another wonderful year at SNS.

Thanks to your generosity SNS has raised over $170,000.00 in fundraising and annual fund donations!

SNS also received $100,000.00 EITC gift via BLOCS, LLC earlier this year to support families and tuition costs...and last but not least, every single SNS family received a tuition credit of $685 this year as part of the school's participation in the TuitionCare program. Amazing accomplishments!

As many of you know, fundraising dollars go towards special projects and initiatives, improvements and needs the school identifies each year when planning the budget. The annual fund supports closing the gap between the actual costs of educating our kids and tuition - since tuition does not cover the whole. We are still a bit away from our goal, we know that many families wait until the end of the year to contribute. Gifts are accepted through June 30, 2023 to count for this academic year.

The link to contribute is here:

For any family that purchased dress down (N.U.T.) passes, they will be going home with your youngest child next week. Thanks so much for all you to make SNS a wonderful place for our children!
