The SNS Community Staying Connected
Last Tuesday, the students and faculty had the privilege of honoring Mrs. Mary Ceil Frack on the occasion of her retirement at the celebration of the Immaculate Conception. Mrs. Frack has taught- by word and example- how music can help all of us draw closer to God. She has touched everyone at St. Norbert School with her talent, joy and faith and will be missed deeply by all the students and teachers. To honor Mrs. Frack, the music classroom has been renamed “The Mary Ceil Frack Music Room” for her years of dedication to the school and the students.
We wish every family a very Merry Christmas and a new year filled with joy and peace. Christmas Eve mass will be celebrated at St. Norbert Parish at 4:00 PM, 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM and Christmas Day mass will be celebrated at 7:30 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM (Spanish). All Christmas Eve and Christmas Day masses will also be livestreamed on the parish website.

The PHOTO RE-TAKE DAY that was supposed to take place on Tuesday, 12/15 is in the process of being re-scheduled. Families will be notified of the new date as soon as it is finalized.
The SCHOOL OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED during the Christmas holiday (12/21-1/1) and will be open by appointment only the week of January 4th.
All students will participate in VIRTUAL INSTRUCTION the week of January 4th. The intention of this time out of the building is to provide for additional safeguards from COVID spread prior to the students returning for in-person instruction on Monday, 1/11.
The SNS TOWN HALL MEETING scheduled for Wednesday, 12/16 has been rescheduled to Tuesday, 1/5 at 7:00 PM. This will allow for a more informative discussion of any updated guidelines and requirements as the school community prepares to return for in-person instruction on Monday, 1/11. To facilitate the discussion, questions can be submitted to Mrs. Hennessy ahead of the meeting at [email protected].
All 1st to 8th grade students will be expected to wear the WINTER UNIFORM when we return for in-person instruction after Christmas vacation on Monday, January 11th. Click HERE for uniform information.
Congratulations to SNS band members Brian L. and Oliver V. (6th grade) and Maria and George B. (5th grade) who will be performing in a multi-school virtual band concert on Monday, 12/21. A total of 14 students from five area Catholic schools will be performing Christmas pieces.
Thank you to all the students who participated in the St. Norbert Parish Military Christmas Card Project. With the students’ participation, each of the military service people from the parish received 50 Christmas cards and a book.
