The first SNS service project of the year will be the annual Peanut Butter & Jelly collection. Every family is asked to donate at least one jar of peanut butter and one jar of jelly during the month of September. The jars will be collected at school and then distributed to the parish’s Wednesday food procurement program and St. Gabe’s Cupboard. Thank you in advance for your generosity!

The Flocco’s Tent Sale will be held on campus on Friday, 9/18, 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM to purchase the uniform school sneakers. The sale will be held under tents outside unless the weather is bad. Masks will be required.

The Tipping Photos order form was given to the students earlier this week for school pictures on Thursday, 9/24. If you would like to order your school photos online, please go to www.tippingschoolpictures.com and use code TSP2020A.
Parents of 8th graders can also order the extra photos of the students in their graduation gowns by using code: GRAD20D.
Please remember–all 1st to 8th grade students are to wear their spring uniforms. PreK and Kindergarten students are to wear their Sunday best.
Virtual students whose last name begins with A-L will have their pictures taken from 8:30 AM to 8:45 AM and those whose last name begins with the letters M-Z will have their pictures taken from 8:45 AM to 9:00 AM. Please park at the PAC entrance and families will enter the building one at a time and wait in your car until you are signaled to enter the building.

Mrs. Myers will be offering her Cooking for a Cause club virtually on Wednesdays this fall. Click HERE for class dates and registration information.

If your 5th to 8th grade daughter would be interested in playing Intramural Field Hockey this fall, please contact Zoe Warner at [email protected].
Tentative plans include the group meeting once or twice a week after school, possibly at the field at General Wayne or St. Norbert. No experience is necessary. Extra parent assistance would be appreciated to divide the girls into two groups to accommodate the range of skills levels.

St. Joe's Prep will be offering a free lacrosse clinic on Saturday, 10/4. The day will include an overview of admissions, discussion with alumni, a lacrosse program overview, a brief practice put on by our coaching staff and players and a one-hour clinic for boys in 6th to 8th grade. The Scholarship/Entrance Exam will be administered Saturday, 9/19 and Saturday, 9/26. For students who are not available to take the test on either date, the admissions team will work with their family to schedule a mutually convenient date. In effort to maintain a safe environment for the La Salle community and prospective families, the Fall Open House has been replaced with a YOUTUBE video called This Is La Salle

Merion Mercy Academy
Any interested 6th, 7th and 8th grade student and her family are welcome to join the Merion Mercy Academy’s Virtual Open House on Saturday, 10/3 and Sunday, 10/11 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The Scholarship and Entrance Exam will be given on Saturday, 9/26 and 10/10.The Application/Test Registration can be completed online at www.merion-mercy.com. Students are encouraged to sign up for a virtual school day visit to MMA on Fridays, beginning 9/25.

Villa Maria Academy High School will host a Hybrid Open House for all interested students and their families on Sunday, 10/4. The Entrance–Scholarship Exam will be offered on Sunday, 10/18 and Saturday, 10/24 on campus. 8th graders may take the exam on either date. A Fall Virtual Preview Breakfast will be held on 10/28.
