We encourage all participating lenders and real estate professionals to invite prospective buyers to attend our upcoming ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance (HBA) workshops in Redding and Chico next week, focused exclusively on the 2018 Fire Recovery allocation.

Funding remains available under the 2018 Fire Recovery allocation, providing eligible low- to moderate-income households with up to $350,000 in homebuyer assistance when paired with a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage.

These in-person workshops are designed to help potential applicants understand program requirements and take the next step toward homeownership.

• Eligible disaster areas and residency requirements
• Income and first-time homebuyer requirements
