Tomchei Shabbat: Drivers Needed

Each week volunteers from BDJ pick up pre-made boxes from Tomchei Shabbat that allow the recipients and their families to have a proper Shabbat, which they otherwise would not be able to do. Please join our team! Seeking extra drivers/families/teams. Our volunteers drive up to the Tomchei Shabbos warehouse (Pico and Robertson). The boxes are then placed in your car and you are given a list with 3-4 stops to unload and leave packages at recipients' doors. This is done each Thursday night (6:20-6:30) and you would have a rotation every 2-3 months. The whole thing takes less than an hour and it allows us to be a part of making someone else's Shabbat enjoyable and Kadosh. Please reach out to: Vivian Lurie if you would like to help.
