Bulletin Blurbs and General Intercessions are HERE
The 2023-24 Liturgical Year begins on December 3rd, first Sunday of Advent, with Cycle B readings. These newly updated bulletin blurbs and general intercessions are designed with the Sunday readings in mind and incorporate vocation language and prayers. They are easy-to-implement and serve as great tools to promote vocations in your parish.

Download and customize yours with the Office of Vocations information in your diocese and share them with your parish bulletin coordinator. Available in both English and Spanish!
World Day of Cloistered Life - November 21st
World Day of Cloistered Life is celebrated on the Memorial of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Here are a few ideas on how to help your parish bring awareness to those that chose a hidden life of prayer:

  • Share information about nuns and monks who grew up in your parish
  • Organize a novena of prayer
  • Send encouragement in the form of a Spiritual Bouquet to a nearby convent, cloister, monastery or hermitage
  • Write letters of encouragement to contemplative communities
  • Visit them
