WE WILL MISS NANCY
On Saturday, May 9, 2020, our dear Canadian friend, Nancy Knight was called home to be with her Heavenly Father. Nancy was loved by all that had the privilege of knowing her. She was a gentle giant, full of compassion, always smiling, encouraging and inspiring with the Spirit-filled life she lived and loved. She will truly be missed. Rest in Peace Sweet Nancy…We Love you!! (Editor’s Note)
Below you will find many of our CCM members have written notes/experiences representing, in part, the relationship they had with Nancy and what it has meant to them over the years.
REMEMBRANCES
Nancy – a sweet, kind and true special friend. I had the pleasure of knowing her for many years. To avoid the confusion of 2 Nancy’s, we laughingly nicknamed ourselves Jo & Tootie! It was Nancy Jo who invited me to Ziontario in 1997, where I gave my life to the Lord. She was always that person who looked after other’s needs and would stop at nothing to accomplish it. My comfort now is knowing that she is with the Father and no longer in pain.

Our dear friend and sister in Christ, Nancy Knight unexpectedly died last Saturday, May 9
th
. We will miss her sunny smiles, her love of praising her Heavenly Father, and her insatiable thirst for knowledge and understanding. Nancy, a resident of Canada, was powerful in prayer; effectively calling on her Father to heal the bruised and broken hearted. She leaves behind a loving family, numerous friends, and hearts that long for her touch. Rest in Peace dear Sister in Christ. --Laurie Romig ............
Nancy was a long time cherished friend; always smiling, encouraging, loved by all, young and old, and gave the best hugs in the whole, wide world! I will miss her tremendously. While at CCM Celebrations, we often shared a room in the lodge which afforded us wonderful quality time laughing, talking about the Lord, scripture discussions, and praying together.
Nancy’s prayers were always Spirit-filled, uplifting, expectant, and ended with the thanksgiving in her heart for answers to those prayers. Rest in Peace Precious Nancy…I Love You!
