Strong Tower Radio (STR) Feature
Where did hospitals come from? Did you know they had a Christian origin during times of crisis? Here is what one source says:
"Hospitals were a very altruistic Christian invention. By the 4th century AD, newly Christianized Romans began running homes for the sick and needy. By the 8th century, the functions of Christian hospitals, or hospices, were highly specialized."
What has happened to the medical system that still has Christian names and organizations but is quite secular? Strong Tower Radio will run programs that intentionally feature organizations that combine medicine and spiritual health this Sunday at 3:30 a.m., Monday at 4 p.m., Wednesday at 9 p.m., and Thursday at 1 p.m. only on STR stations, STR apps, or STR.fm.
