Protect Voting Rights

"Trump has issued a new executive order that would require voters to prove their US citizenship to register to vote. Similar to the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act currently pending before Congress, Trump’s EO would require US citizens to produce documentation of citizenship, like a passport, to register to vote; an estimated 9% of US citizens of voting age lack this documentation. The order also threatens to withhold federal funding from any states who count mail-in ballots received after Election Day and grants federal agencies, including DOGE, access to state voter rolls to check them for 'consistency with Federal requirements.'"

"Issue Education" is a new section of our Bulletin Plus giving a brief overview of an important issue in our country or world and resources for more learning and/or action. If you'd like to see a certain issue highlighted, contact Pastor Andi.
