DAS Bulletin: Updates to the Current Design & Architectural Standards and Affordable Assisted Living Guidelines Has Been Posted!

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) has issued Design & Architectural Standards (DAS) Bulletin 2026.1 with updates to the current DAS and Affordable Assisted Living Guidelines, effective July 1, 2026 for projects that are in all phases of development from application to submission of IRS Form 8609.

Reminder: The 2027 Draft Design & Architectural Standards Have Been Posted for Public Comment

As a reminder, OHFA is seeking public comment on the draft 2027 DAS until June 29, 2026.
