Kindness
I heard a story that reminded me of the quiet power of kindness. Marion's grandmother’s peach tree, every summer, without fail, would overflow with peaches, and her grandmother would fill baskets to share with neighbors. “She didn’t grow the peaches for herself,” Marion told me, “but so others could have something sweet in their day.”
It’s a simple image, but it captures what we strive for here at My Joyful Heart, like that peach tree, we provide just a small amount of what a child needs but a whole lot of kindness goes into every gift that goes out. We appreciate your kindness in making this possible!
