Patient Satisfaction Tip of the Week
Tip #7: Bundling Services to Reduce Appointment Backlog
Take advantage of every visit to conduct preventive screenings and services.

For example, when a patient makes an appointment to discuss back pain, this is an opportunity to perform cervical cancer screening, make a referral for a mammogram or administer a flu shot.

This "bundling" reduces the demand for additional visits, freeing up appointment slots.

It’s great for the patient, as they often prefer "one and done" visits.
