BALTIMORE, MARYLAND - August 11, 2022 - Don't miss the Baltimore Comic-Con this October 28-30, 2022 at the Baltimore Convention Center. Dean Haspiel
The Pedestrian BCC Exclusive by Dean Haspiel
Emmy and Ringo Award-winning cartoonist Dean Haspiel is best known for creating The Red Hook and Billy Dogma, collaborating with Harvey Pekar and Jonathan Ames, and illustrating for HBO's Bored to Death. His published work includes writing and drawing for Marvel, DC/Vertigo, Archie, Image, and Webtoon. In addition, Haspiel is an accomplished playwright, emerging filmmaker, and Yaddo fellow. Dean lives in Brooklyn, NY, where he often collaborates with his Nightwork Studio co-founder, Whitney Matheson.

Whitney Matheson
We Make Comics by Whitney Matheson
Whitney Matheson is a children's book author, cartoonist, playwright and journalist whose work includes the book We Make Comics, the play and short film Denny Barracuda, and daily diary comics. From 1999-2014 she wrote Pop Candy, USA Today’s award-winning pop-culture blog. Whitney lives in Brooklyn, NY, where she often collaborates with her Nightwork Studio co-founder, Dean Haspiel.

Sean Von Gorman
Star Trek Picard Stargazer by Sean Von Gorman
Sean Von Gorman is an NYC-based comics illustrator and writer. He is known for co-creating ToeTag Riot (Black Mask Studios), Secret Adventures of Houdini (Alterna), and Pawn Shop with Joey Esposito (Z2 Comics). He has also contributed art for projects published by Image, Mad Cave, Dark Horse Comics, and Dynamite Entertainment, as well as anthologies such as Occupy Comics (Black Mask) and the Eisner Award-winning Love is Love (DC/IDW). He has also contributed covers to IDW’s Star Trek line of books.

Besides offering a Baltimore Comic-Con Exclusive of The Pedestrian with a Dean Haspiel cover, Sean will also have copies of Ghost Planet, Lower Your Sights, The Last Comic Book on the Left, and Star Trek Picard: Stargazer #3 for sale.
