Spring / Fall Programs and
Summer Camps

The Burlington Tennis Club is located next to the vast Central Park across from the YMCA and has 6 hard courts and a two storey clubhouse. Young players have access to the clubhouse for breaks and extracurricular activities.


Progressive Spring / Fall

  • Spring Session #1 (4 Weeks)  Week of May 4 – Week of May 25 (no class on Monday May 18)
  • Spring Session #2 (4 Weeks) Week of Jun 1 – Week of Jun 22
  • Fall Session  (6 Weeks) Week of Sept 7 – Week of Oct 12 (no class on Monday, Oct 12)

ACE TEAM & GREENWIN CARES    Age 4 – 6
This FREE 4-week programme is for players born in 2014 and 2015, and is open to 24 children accompanied by 1 family member. Each family is provided take-home activities to practice with their children. Eight children will be identified to participate in 1 free week of summer camp, while the remaining children will receive a 10% discount for joining any week of summer camp. 
Saturday 11am - 12pm. FREE.

MINI TENNIS     Age 4 - 8
Introducing the FUNdamentals of the game using mini racquets, a bigger ball, and a smaller court size to facilitate learning and to instill the love of the game .
Monday / Wednesday 5pm - 6pm. Spring: $45 ($15 drop in fee). Fall $69 ($15 drop in fee).
SMASHING ACES    Age 8 - 12
A fun programme for beginner and intermediate level kids, this programme teaches kids to rally, serve, play points, and learn the rules and etiquette of the game. 
Tuesday / Thursday 5pm - 6pm. Spring $45 ($15 drop in fee). Fall: $69 ($15 drop in fee).
HIGH SCHOOL TEAM     Age 13-17
This programme is for teenagers who would like to improve their ability to rally, serve, and play points through improving and linking their technique to tactics. Players will be grouped according to their level of play
Friday 5pm - 6pm. Spring $45 ($15 drop in fee). Fall: $69 ($15 drop in fee).

OUR STAFF
Our certified, experienced, and passionate coaches will provide a fun, healthy, and educational environment for kids to learn tennis. Our staff consists of individuals with university undergraduate and master’s degrees, Tennis Canada coaching certifications, and former top Canadian junior and open players. Our coaches are full-time professional career coaches who are members of Tennis Canada’s Tennis Professionals Association.

MINI TENNIS     Age 4-8
This camp is fun with an emphasis on developing the love of the sport, and the essential tennis and athletic fundamentals of all players to provide them the opportunity to pursue tennis recreationally or competitively. The first level of progressive tennis, this camp uses larger decompressed balls to allow for easier learning, 19"-21” racquets, mini-sized nets and courts (12m court), which are proportional to the sizes and skills of the students.
Monday - Friday 9am - 12am Fee: $150 for member. $160 for non member.
SMASHING ACES    Age 8-12
This fun camp is for beginner and intermediate level kids, and teaches kids to rally, serve, play points, and learn the rules and etiquette of the game. Through the combination of a variety of sports, fun fitness drills, and games, children will further develop their overall athleticism and will have days full of dynamic activities
Monday - Friday 11am - 2pm. Fee: $150 for member. $160 for non member.
HIGH SCHOOL TEAM     Age 13-17
This camp is for beginner to advanced club level players. Players are grouped according to their level.
Monday - Friday 4:30pm- 6pm. Fee: $85 for member. $95 for non member.


HEAD TENNIS PROFESSIONALS
VICTOR HOANG
Victor is a Mississauga native and attended Middle Tennessee State University on a tennis scholarship and graduated with a B.A. in Business Management with a minor in Business Administration. He has a distinguished national playing career:
  • Named to the second Team USA All-Conference
  • 2 time Canadian National Champion
  • 3 time ITF Champion
  • 4 time Provincial Champion
  • Member of the Junior Davis Cup Team for Canada

FLAVIA NAGAYAMA
Flavia hails from Sao Paulo, Brazil, and attended Middle Tennessee State University on a tennis scholarship and graduated with B.A. in Marketing. In addition to her college success, she also has an international playing pedigree. Her career highlights include:
  • 3 time All Conference USA player- All-Conference player Atlantic Sun Honors
  • Selected ITA Scholar Athlete of the Year
  • 2 years on the WTA professional Futures and Challenger circuit
  • #2 Brazilian national ranking
  • Top 300 ITF juniors
