COVID-19 is impacting dairy exports in different ways this year starting with the way the industry does business to expand international markets.
“We were briefed [weeks ago] as part of our NASDA meeting that international trade trips are suspended for at least 90 days,” says Randy Romanski, the secretary-designee, Wisconsin Dept. of Agriculture. “[It’s] a rolling 90 days." Romanski says it's extremely important to make new connections in person.
