We are pleased to announce that Andrew Gibbs has been named as President of Burr & Temkin, effective January 1, 2024.
Andrew currently manages our Southwest office where he is responsible for advising clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and build-to-suit of industrial and office assets. His clients range from Fortune 500 transportation companies and institutional owners to small businesses and private landlords.
Andrew joined Burr & Temkin in 2014 and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia where he studied Business Administration and Hospitality Management.
David Dandurand, former President and a Principal of the firm, will continue to manage the Central Region for Burr & Temkin.
We congratulate Andrew as he takes on this expanded role with Burr & Temkin.
