As we look ahead to the 2026-27 school year, we are already working with our transportation partners to ensure that bus service is available for as many Columbus Academy families as possible.

District-Provided Transportation

If your family plans to use district-provided bus transportation, please complete your registration as soon as possible. Early registration is critical and helps ensure that Columbus Academy maintains access to existing bus stops. It also allows our partner school districts to develop the most efficient routes and schedules for our students. Many district registration forms are due by the end of June.

School districts are currently planning bus routes, including stop locations and pickup/dropoff times. Even if your children will use bus transportation only occasionally, we strongly encourage you to register now. Click here to find registration information for your school district.

V.A.T. Transportation Services

Columbus Academy will once again partner with V.A.T. to provide transportation for families in areas that are not fully served by local school districts, including Olentangy/Powell, West Bexley, Victorian Village, and Arlington. Please note that V.A.T. transportation is fee-based.

For the 2026-27 school year, V.A.T. registration will be managed through Blackbaud.

• Families who have previously used V.A.T. transportation should log in to Blackbaud (also known as MySchoolApp) and look for the yellow banner to complete the online registration form.



• Families interested in using V.A.T. transportation for the first time should contact Jen Neviaser in the Admissions Office at neviaserj@columbusacademy.org or 614-509-2220 to have the registration form added to their Blackbaud account.
