SizeUp Arlington Heights!
NEW online tool to grow and enhance your business
SizeUp Arlington Heights (SizeUp) is an online resource that allows you access to industry-specific and hyperlocal data to help start your business, grow your business and make smarter decisions using big data analysis. The information is individually customized for each company including:

  • Rank your business performance and compare it to industry competitors.
  • Discover potential customers and suppliers and better understand your competitive landscape.
  • Optimize advertising to target ideal customer segments.

SizeUp helps to level the competitive playing field by providing small businesses with market research that typically only large corporations can afford to access by contracting multinational management consulting companies or hiring internal research analysts. This tool will empower your small business in Arlington Heights to make more data-driven decisions to better operate, succeed and grow.

The Arlington Heights Memorial Library is committed to helping area businesses succeed, as they are the foundation of our local economy, employ residents, create new jobs and make our community a more prosperous place. Providing businesses this powerful tool on our website, which can be accessed either in the library or remotely, is just one of the many ways the library supports small business.

SizeUp uses big data, cloud computing and computer algorithms to deliver customer analysis for local businesses. The data comes from hundreds of public and proprietary data sources covering firmographic, demographic, geographic, labor, wage, cost, consumer spending, transportation and more. Find SizeUp on the library's Business & Nonprofit Services page of our website or at the Research>Databases>All Databases section of our website.

The library will host a special introductory program on how to use SizeUp on Monday, April 17 beginning at 7 p.m. on Zoom. REGISTER HERE or call the library at 847-392-0100. We hope that you will join us!
