Spring comes early at Adelphi, as our spring semester started on January 25. Learning is in person, given our excellent track record for health and safety.
Did you know that we now offer a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management? This program is designed to prepare students for careers in fields like logistics and global sourcing. Credits from the certificate can be applied toward our Supply Chain Management master's degree. If you are considering an MBA, Adelphi University is now ranked No. 15 among the Best MBA Programs in New York by University HQ.

International Innovation With Germany
Adelphi business students put study abroad back into their college journeys when they traveled to Hochschule Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, Germany, as part of a global learning partnership. Five Adelphi students participated, and their colleagues in Germany flew to the United States to visit our campus as well. Life-changing study abroad opportunities are returning to Adelphi.

Finance and Female Entrepreneurship
More than 252 million of the world’s entrepreneurs are women, and an average of almost 18 percent of women globally said they too aspire to start a new business. Jason (HyunJun) Na, PhD, assistant professor of finance and economics, and Murat Sakir Erogul, PhD, associate professor of entrepreneurship, explore the current climate in external funding.

Kristallnacht Video Raises Awareness
David Machlis, PhD, associate professor of finance and economics, produced Let There Be Light: Stories of Hope and Humanity to Illuminate the Darkness, a video to commemorate the infamous Night of Broken Glass in 1938. The video honors the struggle against antisemitism, racism and hatred.

The Apprentice Challenge
The Apprentice Challenge is an annual event co-sponsored by the Office of University Admissions and the School of Business. At the event, student teams from local high schools compete to address a business challenge. This year, thanks to the efforts of Nick Iadevaio, MBA '00, and Dean's Advisory Board member, L'Oréal was the competition's sponsor, which involved providing a case study for the competition, a panel of judges from L’Oreal, and prizes for the winning team.
