2025 Climate Survey: Great Colleges to Work For

There’s still time to share your feedback! The Great Colleges to Work For survey is open until Monday, Feb. 24, and your input helps shape our campus culture. The survey is quick, confidential, and a great opportunity to make your voice heard. If you haven’t participated yet, we encourage you to take a few minutes to complete it.

Spotlight on Service

In October 2024, we distributed our annual Business Affairs customer service survey. The responses included a number of accolades for our hard-working Business Affairs teams. Here are some words of appreciation for the Facilities Management Help Desk:

“Their consistently exceptional customer service is evident in the positive attitude we regularly receive from staff, their ability to handle challenging situations/people with grace and professionalism, and the extra effort they make to ensure requests are addressed in a timely manner.”

“They were attentive and called back to double check on the issue.”

“This team works closely with us every day and provides outstanding support creating work orders and coordinating between our shop and the customer.”
