We recognize Reopening is a top priority to restoring the financial health of your Company. This week we have a three items to share each worth of a more in-depth treatment than we can devout in a single piece. What we've done is linked you to each of these resources for you to review at length. Each is designed to assist you with a different aspect of reopening your restaurant. Second ServSafe released Reopening Guidance: COVID-19 Precautions, the third video to help restaurant and food service employees learn best practices to employ during the corona virus outbreak. The course provides best practices for employees of a restaurant preparing to reopen a dining room following a state shutdown. The video is free of charge and available in English and Spanish.

Third and finally, would like to highlight a local effort to gain higher visibility for your business online. Save the Table is an effort by a local digital marketing company to support local restaurants by allowing you to list your restaurant and it's menu so customers can find and order from you online.

This notice (BCC19-12) is our twelfth, and many more will follow to inform you of resources available through the City, County, State, Federal Agencies, and other partners. So please share this with other businesses that would benefit. Our next notice (BCC19.13) will focus on Peoria Stabilization funding for local area businesses.
