The Chester County Library is in the spirit of Halloween this year! Stop by the service desks throughout the day on Halloween to trick-or-treat for a book suggestion (recommended by department staff members), as well as a piece of candy or a toy. Participating departments include: Children's, Reference, Multimedia, Young Adult, and JTC.
After making your rounds, let us know which department you think has the best costumes using the voting box by the main entrance.
