March 2021 Library Update Chester County Library and Henrietta Hankin Branch will be opening limited seating to the public for two hours from March 1, 2021. Group seating will not be available at this time. Browsing will still be limited to 30 minutes and computer usage in the computer areas to one hour. Curbside pickup and contactless checkout will still be available.
