SCORE of Chester and Delaware Counties offers free professional mentoring and regularly scheduled workshops to assist entrepreneurs in starting or growing a business. Mentorship and resources are also available in Spanish.
The Kutztown Small Business Development Center provides free business guidance, workshops, and market reports to help small business owners prosper in every stage of business.

The Eastern Pennsylvania District Office of the Small Business Administration provides the small business community with financial, procurement, management, and technical assistance through counseling, workshops, and loan assistance. Resources are also available in Spanish.
The Women's Business Enterprise Center – East is an advocate for women business owners and entrepreneurs, providing certification for women-owned businesses as well as entrepreneurial training, education, tools, and networking opportunities.
PA CareerLink Chester County is a cooperative program where job seekers and employers share access to a wide array of job training, education, and employment services, including professional development and technology skills workshops.

Chester County Library Receives Keystone Grant Award
Chester County Library and District Center was among 18 libraries across Pennsylvania to be awarded a 2020 Keystone Grant for Public Library facilities by the Pennsylvania Department of Education on Thursday, November 12. Grants are awarded on a competitive basis and pay up to 50 percent of eligible costs for capital improvement plans to plan, acquire, construct, or rehabilitate public library facilities only and do not cover any operating costs.
National Entrepreneurship Week 2021
National Entrepreneurship Week is a congressionally-chartered initiative founded in 2006 to support entrepreneurship. This year it is being celebrated February 13-20 with daily themes and webinars.
