If you enjoy the programs or find value in the business resources offered by your public libraries, please consider contacting your representatives to ask them to reopen the state budget to fund libraries. Currently, the funding is at 5/12 the funding of the last budget. With funding at this level, many programs, services, hours, and much more will be reduced.

Announcing a new service! The Chester County Library System is proud to provide for you a contactless self-checkout experience through our Mobile App! Once you download the new version of the App you will be able to check out materials right on your smartphone and send yourself an e-mail receipt (some formats/materials are excluded). Rep. Carolyn Comitta named PaLA Elected Official of the Year
Congratulations to Pennsylvania State Representative Carolyn Comitta, 156th Legislative District, for being named Pennsylvania Library Association (PaLA) Elected Official of the Year!
