Update

Hello and happy New Year.

I hope your holiday break gave you much rest and re-energizing.

A new year often brings to light more thoughts than usual about doing new things. Whatever you are doing new with yourself this year, I wish you the best and much success. If you feel like you may need a little extra push or guidance with creating newness, I highly recommend checking out Atomic Habits, by James Clear. It’s both motivating and full of practical tools that can be applied within seconds.

Speaking of new, if you’ve never presented at VISION or any conference, maybe consider putting this on your “new” list by checking out our VISION 2023 call for proposals below. If presenting is not your thing, yet, consider joining in on our new webinars we are excited to be offering:

  • Bridging Access and Equity Gaps in Postsecondary CTE, Jan. 26, 1:00 p.m. ET
  • Other Protected Populations, Feb. 16, 4:00 p.m. ET

Thank you for all you do for our CTE students,

Resources and Updates from MBA Research & Curriculum Center

MBA Research is a not-for-profit working in partnership with business administration educators.

New Episodes: Gray Zone Interactive Series

Enter the Gray Zone: We have two new Gray Zone episodes ready for your classroom:

These are the fourth and fifth episodes in our series of interactive activities for students and teachers, which is part of our work with the Daniels Fund. Each activity, or episode, has been adapted from The Gray Zone prompts within our lesson modules (LAPs) and Learning Center course guides.

Each episode begins with an ethical dilemma, then uses “choose your own adventure” style gameplay to give students the opportunity to work through the dilemmas themselves. Additional discussion questions are included with each episode.
