Many relate February with Valentine's Day, hearts, chocolate, and all things sweet! We wish you that - and more. Business growth can bring smiles and we have worked hard to share news in two areas of our LinkedIn Coaching services.

We are EXCITED this month and I am happy to Spotlight our DWCS Team as we have a new Coach to announce. And under Important Announcements, you'll see a new service as well. We are definitely ready to rock 2021!

As you look forward, focus on what can be. When you get discouraged, as we all do, realize the impact your mindset will have in determining your growth and success. Everything in the past has brought you to where you are now.

February LinkedIn Tips
TIP 1 - Have you tried LinkedIn Learning yet? It's free with the Premium Membership and if you use the Basic Membership, you can try a free month! Thousands of courses offered in dozens of categories for every industry and subject imaginable. Some are under an hour while others are highly concentrated and have several parts to the course. All that I have tried have been extremely worthwhile.

TIP 2 - Remember that your profile Headline 'follows' you around LinkedIn. Every post you initiate or act on, every Search result you appear in, all Group comments, etc. Wherever you are active on the site, your headshot and headline appear as a link to your profile. Be sure to keyword optimize your Headline (look at mine as an example. Get rid of the default 'title/company' headline and use your strongest keywords to immediately alert Viewers to your proficiency.

TIP 3 - Visit your profile and tap on the Add Profile Section button near your Headline. There are a number of options you will want to review. In particular, choose Accomplishments and consider adding more content to your profile. Do not underestimate the importance of Volunteering - past or present. And don't be bashful with displaying Honors & Awards! Viewers you attract will be impacted by both of those sections.
