APPRENTICESHIP SERVICE GRANT
The Apprenticeship Service Grant is a hiring incentive program that aims to help mediate the labour shortage in the Construction and Manufacturing trades and set both the employer and apprentice up for success in the beginning of apprenticeship.

The registration process can be accessed through the website, Career Launcher Apprenticeships, which takes just five minutes to complete. Once approved, employers could receive up to $20,000 in federal funding grants. The deadline to apply is March 31, 2024.

The goal is to help bridge the gap in the trades industries and to help inform employers about funding available to them before they hire their new apprentice.
